For Certification as a trainer and membership into the International 4-Wheel Drive Trainers
Association, I4WDTA ®, LLC

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Pleasefill out this application form, and return it with your resume (see page ) and a curriculum for a 1 day class and a copy of your actual Red Cross certification.

The I4WDTA® reserves the right to refuse membership and/or certification to any person deemed by the Board as non-deserving. The I4WDTA® does not discriminate with regard to race, color, religion, political affiliation, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender or age.

I4WDTA charges a onetime, non refundable application fee of currently USD 30.00 per application.Annual Membership dues (pro-rated November) currently USD 130.00
